I · Why We Exist

Education shapes more than minds — it shapes hearts, character, and purpose.

At the Centre of Character Education, we believe the ultimate aim of education is not merely academic success, but the cultivation of individuals who embody knowledge with wisdom, integrity, and excellence.

Inspired by the rich tradition of Islamic pedagogy, we help schools, educators, families, and communities nurture character through meaningful educational experiences. Our work is guided by The Ihsan Framework©, integrating Islamic anthropology, tarbiyah, and contemporary curriculum design.

Our mission is to transform learning into a journey of character formation — where faith informs knowledge, knowledge inspires action, and action cultivates lives of purpose and contribution.

Our Story

The Centre of Character Education was founded by two sisters, Aliaa and Abeer Alhaidabi, who share a deep conviction that education should transform lives — not simply transfer knowledge.

Abeer's years of classroom practice culminated in The Ihsan Framework©. Aliaa's work in personal development revealed a similar need beyond the classroom — through coaching, creative practice and reflective conversation. Together, these complementary paths gave rise to a place where education is a lifelong journey of becoming.

Because education is more than preparing people for examinations — it is preparing them for life. And character is not merely taught; it is intentionally cultivated.

Our Vision

To become a leading centre for character formation that inspires transformation within individuals, schools and communities.

Our Mission

To help nurture character through programs, professional learning and curriculum solutions grounded in an authentic Islamic worldview.
