About the workshop
A four-hour journey into the inner world.
The Inner World Workshop is a four-hour character and creative arts experience for girls aged 9–12, led by Aliaa Alhaidabi. In a calm, reflective setting, girls are invited to pause — to notice the landscape of their inner world and begin naming what they find there.
Through guided conversation, reflection, and hands-on creative arts, each participant explores who she is becoming: her identity and values, her emotions and thoughts, her friendships, and the choices that shape her character. The afternoon closes with a high tea and a personal artwork to carry home.
